EL CLUB – Canal Dance Center January - May 2018
Reading group El Club, a space from where we can generate a community of study, a work group around dance and choreography from which to think and act together.
Each reading goes with a movement, each movement goes with a reading. It is thus possible, to go for a walk, to dance techno, to paint a mural, to make a diagram or to prepare the afternoon snack during the sessions.
The texts chosen have two main purposes: theory of dance and choreography intertwined with modes of production.
The sessions are being built, paying attention to the interests of the participants, maintaining the proposals porous and open to the needs that appear.
